smoke-test: one more expected preprocessor rejection in sv-tests

tests/chapter-22/22.5.1--define-expansion_18.sv is a should_fail test (a macro
defined with arguments is invoked without parentheses, which 22.5.1 forbids).
The preprocessor now rejects it instead of silently accepting it, so the
expected non-zero exit count for preprocessor:sv-tests goes from 128 to 129.
